Help I just got blonde highlights all over my hair and they are too bright like almost a white color

What can i do to darken my hair there is still little pieces of brown but not much. I still want it to be blonde just not as light or bright. Also I just got it done today so can I do anything on the same day.

I would go back to the hair colorist and have them tone it down. They know what is compatible. If you begin to change it at home, you might end up with something worse. Good luck.

go to the salon they will add another colour to darken it a bit without affecting ur over-all colour. f u do it at home it might not turn out good. dont take the risk

you should go to a salon and have them put a toner on it to make it slightly darker, I wouldn't advise doing it yourself because putting toner on very blonde hair can be tricky and it could end up a huge mess!

i agree to go back and ask to be toned down. they should do this for free.

i have colored twice on one day several times when i have accidentally went too light. i just used a slightly darker shade. the highlights WILL still show, so it's not like you'd be wasting the money.

also, about coloring twice on one day, they sell kits at stores to color your entire head and then put on highlights immediately after rinsing off the color. i've used several of these and never had damage. i don't believe you would be damaging your hair by putting a darker color over your highlights. if you were to go lighter, then you could end up green...ew!

please please please dont do anything hasty! putting any colour on over the next few days could be really bad. little known fact is :- wash your hair in head and shoulders, stangely enough it fades hair colour more than any other shampoo. if you really cant live with it use lots of product in your hair. mousse/hairspray/gel. all will make it look darker until it fades. good luck

You can wait a week and let it tone down. I always hate my hair color right after it's done but it seems like after a few days it fades some and looks better.

yes there is a way try amla oil its indian well make it darker or use olive oil though its sweet white
