Is it possible to step on a piece of hair and have it go into your foot??

i have done this before and i was telling a friend and he doesn't believe me. it hurt a lot and i think it was cat hair or something. has this ever happened to someone else???

yes yes yes it happens at work all the time,I'm a hairstylist. I've had a hair splinter in my foot, hand, chest, and side if its course or really fine hair it can pierce the skin doesn't do much damage but it hurts like a splinter. Just tweeze it out and wash area.

i honestly don't think it was a hair because i don't think a hair is sharp enough to go through ur foot. maybe like fishing wire it kind of looks like hair you dumbie... lol jk! :) I SEE YOU

I know for sure it can get in the hand, i Haven't heard about the foot yet, but is probably possible in the sensitive area.

I am friends with a beautician and she gets them in her hands and has too really search to find it and pull it out with tweezers, some are so light she just has to leave them for a few days and they come out after washing them so much.====
