How would I cut my hair like this?

I'm fairly good at cutting my own hair, and I'm confident that I could pull off doing this style with a little bit of guidance from somebody on here who is experienced. I've known how I wanted to do my hair for a while, but I had a hard time finding a picture of the way I wanted it.

Avril Lavigne's cut best reflects how I want mine to look (I'll include pictures at the bottom of my post). If you notice, her hair looks somewhat angled, seeing as the pieces in front are shorter and longer in the back. Not all of the pieces are as long as the pink streak and surronding blonde in the picture, but the overall length is still very long. My hair right now is all about the same length as where the pink streak is. I like that her hair doesn't "poof" with this style and it looks flat, and her hair looks thin. I ESPECIALLY like that she doesn't have any "cut lines".

Can somebody explain to me how I can do this?

If you got to a salon take the picture with you and tell them that you want your hair just like this and if they can not do it then ask them if they know where you can go.

your best bet wud be take those pictures o your hairdresser and tell her you wud like to have ur hair like this...i dooo that al the time and the results are great!
