Getting rid of facial hair?

Hi,

I've noticed for a while that whenever I walk by, there is shadowing on my upper lip and it's this nasty fuzzy facial hair! Some of my friends say they can't see it at all, others say they sort of can, but I'm getting really pissed off whenever I look in the mirror and see what looks like a man with a pencil thin stache. How do you suggest I get rid of it? I tried one of those shaver things they sell specifically for women's facial hair, but it's a piece of crap.

Don't shave, because the hairs will grow prickly looking and darker. Try waxing to first get rid of the hairs, but I think plucking is best to use afterwards when hair is growing again, just to maintain it. Plus, when you pluck a certain hair for a while, it'll stop growing, which is what you want, right? People say it hurts, but I don't think it hurts as long as you press down on your upper lip with your index finger while you pluck. It's easier and definately cheaper. It's like plucking your eyebrows.

Shaving it off is the worst of all. Try Sally Hanson's wax kit for removal of facial hair especially on the face. Don't ever shave it off, it'll only become worse and worse.

waxing is the best option, i would recommend sugar wax because it is the least painfull and quickest!

FYI: facial hair on women increases with age! uhhohh (just saying that it is normal)

wax it...most salons do it, it costs about $6. its worth it because it wont grow back for at least a couple weeks, and when it does, it wont be as thick.

Use Nair, or just shave it weekly with a normal razor. Also you can get it waxed.

Electrolysis! It's not very expensive, about $20 for 15 minutes, which is all you would need for the upper lip, and you would need treatments for a few months (going in about once a week). But it's PERMANENT. It's the only form of hair removal recognized to be permanent.

Laser only works on darker, coarser hair against light skin. And it's not permanent.

invest in getting it lasered off! Seriously, my girlfriend did it to her upper lip, arms and legs (she was really hairy too) but instead of dealing with buying all of these products that only do it temporarily I'd just do the laser and never be bothered with it the rest of your life!! :)
