i am using nioxin. i have been for about a month now and i seeing results. but i am tempted to cut my hair gettin rid of all the dead peices and thin pieces on the ends. was wondering if anyone knows anything else along with the nioxin shampoo and conditioner that will boost the stimulation and reproduction of my hair. i need it alot better since i have a wedding that i am involved in the month of june. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Yes, take things that are high in EFA's like flaxseed oil and fish oil. Take lots - like two fish oil capsules with each meal - and you'll be amazed at how quickly your hair grows. People sometimes ask me if I have hair extensions!

I'm glad to hear that you are getting results. The only thing I can tell you is that hair grows about a 1/2 in. per month. There is nothing that can speed it up. I do recommend getting you hair trim and looking healthy. I believe that Nioxin has other pruduct to help with the hair look thicker. Good Luck.
