Tips on curling hair? i keep having pieces stick out? help arreptiated :]?

im 14, i have thick brown hair and it's long :)

i want to curl it, but every time i use the two curlers i have it never stays in and pieces of my hair are longer than others and always come out.. and im sure when famous people get their hair curled they have some pieces of hair longer than others so how do they do it?

should i also get a diffrent curler? maybe it's not hot enough?

Heat will damage your hair! It sounds like it may be layered. let it grow out...

Well u should get some kide of shampoo that makes your hiar curly. Then u should get a skinny curling iron and candy curl it that's what I did and it really did work out great
