I think the only way to truly save your hair is to get it trimmed, but I'm with you on that, I don't want shorter hair! Don't blow-dry, curl, or straighten your hair for 2 months. Buy a deep conditioning product to apply weekly. I use Pantene Pro-V Intensive Moisturizing Mask and LOVE it! I've been using it twice a week in the shower for the past few months and my hair has never looked better. It comes in a pretty big jar for $5 or $6.

Just take a break from the hot tools, try to stay out of the sun, condition like crazy and you should be alright!

Hope all goes well, take care!

visit your friendly salon they know what to do with that thingy

You should use a good clarifying shampoo to take out all the products and any build-up that is in your hair. If you do get the clarifying shampoo that should take away the dryness and leave a healthy shine, you should use it about once a week. And if you are just getting a trim I wouldn't worry about the length being too short so that the products make your curls short as well. Hope this helped.

Hair Loss Treatments for Women

------------------------------

Once upon a time, hair loss was a problem associated only with men. But now a growing number of women complain about hair loss. Usually, 7-10% of a woman閳ユ獨 hair is in the resting phase, which can last for around 2-3 months. Once the period is over, the hair falls out and the new hair ..........

The reason you have breakage at the front of your hair is-hair is finer and more prone to breaking-and getting split at the front)This is caused by too much heat(straighteners, hair dryer held to close to the hair)Or constant brushing-or playing with the hair.Go to a well recommended salon.Ask if they do an intensive dry trim(some do them, not all)It is where they will cut up the hair shaft,on all the dry and split ends. With out actually cutting the lenght off.

You will need to get those ends cut at some point...(for the rest of the hair)I know you are scared you will loose your length(when it curls up)One inch would be better than nothing. As split ends will continue to go all the way up!You must stop that from happening,if not you will have no choice but to have it cut short, because of all the breakage.

Also curly or wavy hair naturally lacks moisture(unlike straight hair)So you will need to use a moisturising shampoo(paul Mitchell instant moisture is a good one)Also give the hair treatments once a week. They are needed,to keep the hair in tip top condition.Apply after shampooing, take out the excess water with a towel.Apply treatment to mid lenght and ends(not the roots)Leave on for 15 mins-with a towel wrapped around your head-to keep the heat in.That way the treatment really penertates into the hair.A good treatment is KMS Daily repair treatment,or Paul Mitchell Instant moisture treatment. Please try not to use Pantene-as I did hair strand tests in the lab-they contain plastics(they coat the hair in silicone plastic)Thats why everyone that use them-have barbie looking hair-they have this reputation as being great-all good hair stylists know the truth. The worst shampoo and condittioner you can buy.Hope all that helps!Good luck

First off, get at least a one-inch trim to just get rid of your split ends. if you have virgin coconut oil at home, you can use this. Put it on hair and leave it for at least 30 minutes (You can do this at least 3x a day). Then rinse it off using your shampoo. The VCO can act as your hair lengthener and as your conditioner. :) For faster results, try leaving it on your hair overnight. It works. For a substitute, you can opt to try this:

1. Get a vitamin E capsule (most of them comes in gel capsule form that has a liquid inside. Any brand will do.)

2. Get a needle and pop the capsule.

3. Now get your shampoo bottle and put the liquid vitamin E inside the bottle.

4. Mix the bottle.

5. Use your shampoo.

You'll notice that your hair will grow faster compared before. Trust me, this works. :) I also do this myself. :) Just look at my avatar if you don't want to believe me. =P Goodluck! :)
