I need pictures of people with cool hair colors. And they have to look nice, not sloppy looking.?

I used to do my hair with cool colors. Now, it's just a redish brown, and it's getting boring for me. I don't want to go a really crazy color because I work at a hospital. I'm more for the reds now. And I was thinking of a deep red with a dark brown or black underneath my bangs, and a few pieces underneath my hair. Any suggestions or pictures will be nice. Thanks!
