How should my hair cut done?

This is an absurd problem of mine.I got my hair straightened 5 months ago in a reputed parlour.The very next month my hair started breaking into pieces leaving only 5" on the scalp(as if burnt hair with unequal length) leaving it to look really dull,frizzy,dry (what not every thing bad to say),reducing the volume too.I couldn't even go for any hair cut.I'm now going for an oil message regularly with coconut oil(but with a gentle message-like-babies). The condition is so worse that i'm using baby shampoo%26amp;oil now.Can I use egg conditioning?Can i use heated olive oil for message/just plain(cold).Please do suggest me a best hair cut %26amp; other solutions for my hair condition ,as soon as possible coz i'm working (in an MNC -world reputed organisation). Do you suggest me to visit your parlour(ANY IN HYDERABAD)? Put me under the right %26amp; experienced person to say the best way as you do.

I would sue the other parlour, they damaged your hair, if you don't want to sue the, just demand a full refund!!
