I got my hair layered like, a year ago and I still can't seem to get my hair normal. I can't even braid it without little pieces of hair sticking out!!

cut it all as short as the shortest layer, duhh. then it's all one length. right? haha. i think..

I have layers and it doesn't come out in my braids much.

Anyway, you just have to wait. Next time you get it cut tell the hairdresser you are growing the layers out and then they won't cut the layers. Eventually one day you will get it cut and it will all be one length.

OR get it cut to the length of the shortest layer.

When I had that problem I just let my hair grow out.

You will have to let the layers grow,but keep having your hair cut from the bottom to get rid of the layers. That's the only way.
