You need to use a large curling iron...one that is at least 2-3 inches in diameter. This will give you the desired curl you want.

Yeahh as the people said just use a large curling iron and only curl certain parts not all the hair then it looks really bushy miley looks good but sometimes it wont turn out the way you wished it did
