Hair crisis help pls!?

What i did : Relaxed my hair...was relaxed then i relaxed again, however my curly hair was not fully back. A week after i started using hairspray a couple days after i started blowdrying. I started blowdrying my hair everyday and for several nights i slept with hairspray on. I continued in this manner for about a month when i noticed my hair thinning and getting shorter . Now i wash out hairspray before i go to bed , i use pantene restoratives shampoo and conditoner, and a moisturixzing mask. I also take prenatal vitamins and use an anti thinning formula..i've been doing this for about a week and a half. Despite this, my hair seems to come out easily when i wash it.. I rub my hands through my hair and i notice a couple strands of hair on my hands..not broken pieces of hair but actual strands that have fallen out. Why is my hair coming out so easily? It doesn't come out every time but it comes out often enough to be noticeable. What can i do to help my thinning hair?!?!?! help pls :D

Hair crisis help pls!?

Firstly... your hair is very stressed with that numerous times of relaxing and constant blowdrying and usage of hair products.

First thing, Try to go for hair protein treatments in any saloons. Explain your situation to the hairdresser, they will be able to give you better solution for the kind of treatment your hair needs.

Stop blow drying and let your hair dry naturally. use natural oil like olive or almond oil on your hair instead of off the shelf products. they contain alot of chemicals which might do further damage.

While putting on the oil, massage them on with your finger tips to stimulate your scalp. This will help to increase the blood flow to your hair fociles.

Also, hair falls at a rate of between 100 - 150 strands on an average per day. If yours is more than that, then changing your diet to include a certain kind of foods might help.

You can help to improve your hair texture by eating healthy. Listed are some foods taht you can take to strengthen your hair roots which includes nuts, lean meat and dairy products. Asparagus, flexseed oil, evening primerose oil, salmons, beans, spinach, lentils, oranges, soyabeans, cauliflower, bananas, brocollis, butter and eggs all help. So cut down on your fast and oily food and satrt going on diet rich in lentils, beans, nuts and lean meat.

Are you taking *both* prenatal vitamins and and an anti-thinning vitamin supplement? Check with your health care professional. You might be overdosing on the vitamins, which can lead to hair loss.

In terms of averages, it's usual for most people to lose 20-200 strands of hair daily. Most lose more in summer than in winter. These are strands with the roots visible rather than breakage.

Some hairsprays and conditioners leave a coating on the hair that makes it downright brittle. This would affect the rate of breakage, rather than fall-out.

The following things typically affect breakage: some hairsprays, some conditioners, over-shampooing, rubber bands, overly tight hair clips or pins (including bobby pins), rough de-tangling.

stop everything except washing, use a shampoo that is 2 in 1 being a shampoo and continioner so you dont use lots of stuff on your hair. Dont worry about the damage as you will cause more doing alot of stuff to your hair, allow your to dry naturally without blow drying and after a few weeks it should restore and then get split ends cut off.
