well my scalp itches a lot, it happens at the same spot everyday.
when i scratch it i notice a piece or two of hair falling off and at the beginning tip of the hair theres usually a little tiny bump thats white or transparent. i wondering what it is.

That's where your hair is falling out, it's the bulb on the end of the hair...it's coming out from the root.
Go to a doctor, that sounds like a possible ringworm or fungus.

It could be cancer. Most people that have serious, really serious cancer have their hair falling out. I would get to a doctor ASAP.
